2000 Member Club Funds Application

The 2000 Member Club provides grant support for revitalization projects in local congregations. To apply for funds, download and complete this form.

Projects eligible for club calls are:

  • Redevelopment and/or relocation of existing churches to serve new areas of residential growth.
  • Replacement, renovation or expansion of Ethnic Minority Local Church building.
  • Provision of funds for capital improvements for special mission projects within the bounds of the Kansas East Conference.
  • Assistance to an existing church for a new building addition.
  • Assistance to an existing church to build a new parsonage when special conditions of missional strategy, parish development or similar needs warrant.

Christian Education Leadership Grant Application

Christian Education Sunday Offering Fund is an accruing account for lcoal church lay people to attend training events in the field of Christian Education.  Educational experience will be interpreted broadly and include training opportunities sponsored by United Methodist Church agencies or others approved by the Conference Board of Discipleship. 

Submit an application on this form, obtain the home church pastor's endorsement and send the completed information to:  Kansas East Conference Office, Attn: Christian Education Grant, PO Box 4187, Topeka, KS 66604-0187.

Global Ministries Grant Application Form

Global Ministries Grant Applications are due by April 1.  Grants of up to $1,000 are awarded by the Conference Board of Global Ministries.
